HR Manager
Requirements: Seeking an experienced HR professional with a minimum of 7 years in HR, including at least 3 years as an HR Manager or HR Lead. Must have experience in the tech industry, preferably in international tech companies, managing remote and hybrid teams. Strong expertise in HR strategy, compliance, recruitment, compensation, employee engagement, and data-driven decision-making. A deep understanding of UAE labor laws and international employment regulations is essential.
Role: Lead and optimize HR functions across a group of tech companies, ensuring strategic alignment with business objectives. Responsibilities include developing HR policies, overseeing talent acquisition, managing compensation and benefits, ensuring legal compliance, driving employee engagement, and optimizing HR operations.
Location: Dubai, UAE (Candidates must be based in the UAE).
